更高抗氧化活性的RNase 抑制剂

增强的抗氧化能力不会形成人源蛋白在氧化条件下会产生的二硫键

高纯度大肠杆菌可溶性表达,无RNase 残留,与RT-PCR/qPCR 系统兼容

Murine RNase inhibitor 是以可溶形式在大肠杆菌中表达纯化的重组鼠源RNase抑制剂,能够广泛抑制各种RNase (RNase A,B,C)。Murine RNase inhibitor 经过RT-PCR、RT-qPCR 检验,能与各类商业化逆转录酶及各种DNA Polymerase 兼容。与人源RNase inhibitor 相比,鼠源RNase inhibitor 不含两个对氧化非常敏感的半胱氨酸,因而具有更高的抗氧化活性,且更加适合于对高DTT 敏感的实验( 如qPCR)。
